For those who’ve met me, you might be grinning already—knowing full well that I have a love-hate relationship with the different ways my name is spelled. Is it ‘Elyn.ai’ or ‘Ellyn.ai’? Trust me, I’ve seen it all, from coffee cups to official documents, each version adding its own little charm to my story. But let’s set the record straight—I’m Ellyn, with two L’s, and behind the scenes of Ellyn.ai (or is that Elyn.ai?), I bring something truly special to life.
The Heart Behind Ellyn.ai (Or Yes, Even Elyn.ai)
Breast cancer is a journey I never signed up for, but one that redefined my life. Instead of letting it consume me, I turned pain into purpose. I wrote my book, Flat Please, chronicling the raw, real, and sometimes even humorous aspects of my battle. But I wanted to do more than just tell my story—I wanted to help others navigate their own journeys. That’s where Ellyn.ai comes in.
At its core, Ellyn.ai is more than just an AI-powered chatbot. It’s infused with my own experiences, my voice, and my determination to make breast cancer navigation less terrifying and more human. It’s not a cold algorithm spitting out facts—it’s a companion, ready to support, uplift, and guide anyone facing the uncertainty of diagnosis and treatment.
Why Create AskEllyn.ai? (Or, If You Insist, Elyn.ai?)
When I stood at the crossroads of survivorship, I realized how much I wished I had a guiding hand—someone who truly understood, who had been through the sleepless nights, the difficult choices, the unexpected detours. That’s why I teamed up with my friends at Gambit Co. to create AskEllyn.ai. Think of it as a friend who’s walked in your shoes, offering clarity and reassurance when you need it most.
This AI isn’t about replacing human connection—it’s about enhancing it. It’s about ensuring that no woman has to go through this journey alone, lost in a sea of medical jargon and fear. From decoding complex medical terms to offering comforting words at 2 AM, AskEllyn.ai is here to help, whenever you need it.
More Than AI—A Mission to Uplift
But this journey doesn’t stop with AskEllyn.ai. I also founded The Lyndall Project, a non-profit named in honor of my father, Lyndall Winters. This initiative, much like Ellyn.ai, is rooted in the belief that no one should walk alone through a cancer diagnosis. We’re here to provide resources, community, and unwavering support to those in need.
So whether you know me as Elyn.ai or Ellyn.ai, just know that at the heart of it all is a deep commitment to making the path a little easier, a little less daunting, and a lot more supported.
Wouldn’t it be nice if healing came with a simple QR code? Until that day arrives, lean on those around you, share your story, and remember—I’m here, cheering you on, every step of the way. Let’s take this journey together.
